Our pedigree
CN Corporate Finance was founded in 2023 by brothers Dave and Andy Baggott. As experienced accountants and corporate finance professionals, David and Andrew wanted to combine their significant deal experience from working in large organisations with a truly partner-led approach as part of an independent boutique advisory firm.
