The Outcome
The transaction resulted in the successful sale of Atesta to Cura Terrae, a leading UK environmental services group backed by Palatine Private Equity.
Our involvement helped improve the terms of the deal while delivering a successful outcome for the shareholders. The transaction enabled the founders to de-risk while continuing their involvement in the business as part of a larger group positioned to support future growth.
