Objectives
Over a number of years, we worked closely with the shareholders of Wilde Analysis across a range of strategic initiatives and advisory projects.
As part of this long-term relationship, the shareholders ultimately decided to pursue a trade disposal to a strategic buyer that could support the continued development of the business while delivering value for the founders.
Our Role

The Outcome
The business was successfully sold to PDSVISION Group, an international engineering solutions provider.
The transaction delivered a strong outcome for the shareholders while aligning Wilde Analysis with a global organisation whose capabilities and market presence complement its specialist engineering software expertise.
